As a certified board professional (HHJ), I’ve been involved in two IPOs and two Exits, along with overseeing international company mergers. I co-founded Digital Workforce, growing it to €26 million in six years and expanding to nine countries, recognized by Forrester Research as a global leader in intelligent automation.
With prior roles at Fujitsu, Capgemini, and Basware, I hold an MBA from the University of Reading’s Henley Business School.
Outside work, I’m an avid cyclist, passionate cross-country skier, devoted walker with my dog friend.

Mikko Kosonen
Mikko Kosonen (PhD) has a long experience of strategic management in both private and public sector organizations. He was actively involved in building the Nokia success story between 1984-2007 (Chief Strategy and Information Officer 1996-2005) and Finland’s renewal capacity as the President of Sitra between 2008-2020. Mikko has written several articles and books on strategic management and the strategic agility concept he created together with Professor Yves Doz in 2007 has been widely adopted by companies across the world. His most recent book on Viability Advantage together with Timo Santalainen focuses on sustainable growth through ecosystems and public-private collaboration. Mikko is currently the chairman of Aalto University and an advisor to several organizations and leaders.

Started as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and with long experience in senior business leadership roles, including as CEO of a market-leading learning solutions company, an innovative law firm, and a marketing consultancy, I have a broad portfolio of sales, marketing, business development, and general management expertise. Business strategy, organization and culture, M&A, digitalization and internationalization (Sweden / Nordics) are key themes. I have also served on the boards of Motiva, A-Lehdet, QPR Software, Pelastakaa Lapset / Save the Children Finland, Karnov Group AB, and FCG Finnish Consulting Group.
Juha Pinomaa
As an experienced board professional, I am currently Chairman for Resiclo and 24 Center, companies operating with circular economy and platform business models.
