Jonna Louvrier (PhD) is the CEO and founder of Includia Leadership. She earned her doctorate in organizational studies from Hanken School of Economics. From 2014 to 2016, Louvrier was a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University’s Clayman Institute for Gender Research. She has also worked as a researcher at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris, France, and at the Center for Creative Leadership.
Helene Auramo (MSc) is the CEO and founder of Prönö. She is the recipient of the “Future Board Member of the Year 2022” award. She serves on the boards of Fodelia Oyj and Suomen Ekonomit. Auramo has co-founded Slush, Zipipop, Indiedays, Okimo Clinic, and Prönö.
Katri Sipilä is an Experienced CEO, lawyer, and professional board member. Currently working as a consultant, coach, and mentor in the Deve Partners network, she now focuses on helping owners, boards, and management to succeed, grow, and develop.
