Katri Sipilä
Katri Sipilä is a CEO, lawyer, and professional board member with a wealth of experience in corporate governance, company law, and intellectual property rights. Currently working as a consultant, coach, and mentor in the Deve Partners network, Katri is dedicated to helping owners, boards, and management teams succeed, grow, and develop.
With a background in law, Katri brings a unique perspective to her work, along with her expertise in corporate responsibility, corporate governance, company, association, and foundation law, as well as intellectual property rights, licensing, and other contracts. Her extensive knowledge in these areas has proven invaluable to the companies and organizations she has worked with throughout her career.
In addition to her legal expertise, Katri is also a skilled coach and mentor. She provides training in HHJ and HAB courses, leads company-specific board and management team coaching, and offers personal executive coaching to help individuals and teams achieve their full potential.

Mikko Ayub
Mikko Ayub is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience in finance and management. Prior to joining Prönö’s board of directors, he served as President & CEO of Aktia Bank Plc. During his time, Aktia went through a major transformation when implementing its new strategy and growing both organically and through M&A. With a Master of Science degree in Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics from the University of Helsinki and an MBA in Finance from Hanken School of Economics, Mikko brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to the table.
Throughout his career, Mikko has demonstrated a deep understanding of the financial industry and a passion for helping companies achieve their full potential. He has a track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams and has been recognized for his innovative and forward-thinking approach to business.
